About me
A Kinesiologist, emphasizing exercise science, expanding the quality of my services surrounding healthy & fitness while getting a broader scope of training from rehabilitation to performance enhancement.
I started as a distance runner, running track & cross country in high school. I got introduced to lifting around sophomore year and decided to make a New Year’s resolution dedicated to being fit & improving my physique. Been lifting ever since 2014 & decided to take that hobby up a whole notch or two.
As the years progressed, I took lifting more seriously, establishing my kinesiology major at the College of the Canyons. Became a certified personal trainer in 2017 through NASM & took the semester off to gain more experience working with an army of clients at different gyms. Went back to college with more experience & confidence in my craft.
I now have my Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with 5 other certificates under my belt through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, aiding & reinforcing my passion for both health & fitness.
